Eric is rare in that he has devoted his entire 15+ year career to the fine art printmaking industry. In 1996, Eric began his career at Harvest Productions, Inc. a 20-year industry pioneer and leader in fine art printmaking. He was an important piece with the evolution from lithography or film to digital art and photography printing. In 2000, Eric became the Sales Director and one of the first employees of Bulldog Products. Eric introduced business solutions for input, edit, output by Scitex with the Iris printer. He was instrumental with the inception of micro-piezo technology into art studios and photo labs with Epson, Mutoh, Roland and HP printers. He was involved with the research and development and sales of the first inkjet canvas, inks and top-coatings for fine art reproduction.
Eric joined the Breathing Color team in early 2007. His unparalleled knowledge and experience fits perfectly with the Breathing Color culture. His ability helps lead the company into new markets both domestically and internationally.
In his younger years, Eric played soccer competitively throughout the world and was part of the U.S. Olympic under 18 team. He lives in Austin, TX with his wife, son, and daughter
"Derek comes from a background of entrepreneurship and online marketing with several businesses over a 10 year period before joining Breathing Color in 2013. He brings Breathing Color a wealth of knowledge about the requirements for artists, print shops, and fulfillment companies to succeed in today’s e-commerce marketplace and truly enjoys helping his customers grow their businesses.
He is an avid reader, podcast listener, and believes in constant personal growth. Outside of the office, you will find him exercising daily, camping/hiking, and traveling whenever the opportunity presents itself. "
R. Carnie comes from a tech support and customer service background, ranging from serving steaming-hot coffee to handling complex network operations and internet outages for a major Internet provider. His upbeat attitude and desire to make friends with any and everyone goes a long way to boosting the overall atmosphere in the office. Carnie firmly believes that no task is too large or too small and that each is a unique opportunity to deliver the best possible experience to our customers here at Breathing Color.

Justin has been hands-on in the printing industry since 2010, and with the Breathing Color team since 2013. From curating printmaking content and hosting a podcast on the Breathing Color blog, to overseeing the day-to-day operations, to product research and development, to marketing and sales strategy, there is no "typical" day at the office.
Justin plays a vital role in making sure that Breathing Color customers receive the highest quality products in a timely manner and with excellent service before, during, and after the sale. This end-to-end operations management is a key part of Breathing Color's success as a leader in the digital inkjet media industry. Justin is also highly competent in large-volume print production workflows, color management theory, and print quality optimization, having had hours of hands-on training from top color management and print production workflow experts in the industry.
Outside of the office, Justin enjoys getting outdoors to go fishing, hiking, camping and the like. To satisfy his creative itch, there is the backlog of various woodworking projects and pile of mostly-unfinished sketches.
