Your old 1 gallon pails of Timeless were easy to stir -- just take off the large lid and stir with a big spatula-like implement for 3 minutes. I just received Timeless in one of your new 1 gallon jugs. The lid is only a few inches across. How do you suggest that I stir this without creating bubbles?

You're right, the old Timless containers were easier to stir. They were really difficult for many to pour cleanly though.
When testing the new containers of Timeless, we found that simply rotating the varnish upside down for a couple of seconds and then turning it back right side up does the trick. You'll want to do this 10 or 15 times.
With the satin and especially the gloss, I found that you can get away with just a couple of inversions. The matte does contain more matting agents which tend to settle, so just be sure that there is nothing sitting at the bottom of the container, and you will be fine.
