I also wonder, Tamer, if you realize that Latex prints have a more limited color pallette as compared to something like Canon or Epson printers due to less ink colors, that is 7 color inks for the Latex printer as compared to 12 colors on a Canon iPF printer. If you are after museum quality prints then making your prints on a HP Latex printer is not the best way to go. HP designed this printer primarily for commercial uses, posters and signage.

Thanks for your message. We have a blog article that talks about comparing Timeless and Glamour 2 varnish. Latex ink is quite durable and it's pretty uncommon for printmakers to top coat latex prints. Is there a specific reason why you're wanting to do them that way?
