Epson SureColor P6000, P7000, P8000, P9000
Epson's wide format SureColor series of printers offer near-identical operation, but accommodate various widths:
Epson SureColor P6000 - 24"
Epson SureColor P7000 - 24"
Epson SureColor P8000 - 44"
Epson SureColor P9000 - 44"
The Bottom Line
The form factor of this machine (P6000) is identical to the previous Generation of large Format Epson Printers, the x900 Series. This is a good thing because it is a well engineered and ruggedly constructed printer, with an excellent rotary paper cutter, well designed paper feed system that did away with the awkward spindles, effective ink supply system that gives the user a choice of large capacity cartridges, and very good printing speeds at the best quality of printing.

Our Favorite Online User Review for the P6000, P7000, P8000, & P9000
This printer is great, simple to use and it prints beautiful. It seems to have the same rich blacks as noted in the smaller P800 and I am only using my cheap paper, the Enhanced Matte on 100' rolls, so I am expecting much better quality on the better papers.
I have been an Epson printer owner for decades so it should be no surprise that this printer produces top notch prints. I was happy to see that the user interface is similar to my old 3800 and I could step right up and print. I had waffled over replacing my now defunct workhorse with another 17" printer or springing for the larger, newer P7000. I was surprised at how much sharper and richer the prints came out. So glad I went ahead and sprung for the better technology as well as the size.
