The Epson Stylus Pro 11880 Auto-Roll Media Take-Up

The Epson 11880 offers professional media handling with its automatic roll take-up wheel feature. This printer prints on virtually any media type, and in any form. Whether it’s a roll or cut sheet, the Epson 11880 can handle it, and is capable of printing on media up to 64-inches wide. Media can be front-loaded via a unique straight-through media path, which makes printing hassle-free and easy.

The Epson 11880 also features a user-adjustable roll media spindle that is capable of accepting either 2-inch or 3-inch media cores. This printer produces impositions based upon a “work-and-turn process”, which allows both sides of certain media types to be printed on. Users will be pleased with the 11880’s built-in automatic cutting system which supports nearly all available media types.

When considering unattended production of long print runs, the Epson 11880 features a standard automatic roll media take-up reel, which eliminates the need for supervision. Users don’t have to worry about their prints spooling onto the floor, as the 11880 also features an optional retractable fabric-based media bin that can safely capture multiple prints up to 64" x 36".
